Updating numbers

Every time I try and open a numbers file that was shared with me Numbers says "It's time to Update" and when I go to update it it says "To update this app, you need to accept it on the Account page in the App Store." and I go into the Account page and it says nothing about accepting Numbers. Please help fast.
