IWatch dead

A question on my screen popped up on my Apple watch asking if I wanted to delete all data and apps? I said no and then it went to the Apple icon and went back to the question. It would not go anywhere else. Finally I said yes to the question thinking I could reload it but it’s just completely dead. I even try to force restart by holding both buttons down for 10 seconds but nothing happened. Help!
