Your Exchange Server password is usually your domain login or Active Directory password.
It may be your Mac password too, if your Mac is bound and is associated with your Exchange Server mail.
It’s also often possible to change your password using whatever Outlook Web Access is now called (Outlook on the Web?), or a similar self-service portal within your organization.
