Profile installation failed

Hey I just got a new iPhone and trying to restore stuff off iCloud, let me do software update and then asked for my apple password now says profile installation failed the microsoft.profike.MDM must be installed interactively.

installation configuration from RTE. I didn’t even have RTE app on my old phone how do I sort this out please

I upgraded to software 14.0 on my new phone while I was doing the initial setup. It is now locked up "profile installation failed. the profile Microsoft.profiles.mdm must be installed interactively. Thoughts? How do I unlock or reset my phone. I can't get to any other screen but this screen.
