Apple TV+

Greetings, I bought a brand new MacBook Air, but I can't get my free year on Apple TV plus. Any suggestions?

I had the same issue just a couple of days ago. Call the support, they'll ask you for a place where you brought the device, bill for this and then send you an iTunes gift card with 1-year TV+ subscription.
