Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

10.15.1 won't install

Tried installing the new update 10.15.1 but it won't. Have to go back to 10.15.


Any Particular reason why?

iMac 27" 5K, macOS 10.15

Try the following three things:

  1. If not already, try connecting your iMac to your network by Ethernet, and then, try installing the upgrade again.
  2. Create a new user account. Log out of your existing account, and then, log in with the new account. Try upgrading again.
  3. Finally, if neither of the above work, boot up your Mac in Safe Mode. Then try the upgrade again. Ref: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
