I notice that 10.99 is coming of my card but nothing has been bought

Open the iTunes app and select Account-View My Account, and enter your Apple ID and password. Scroll down to Purchase History and click on See All. There you will find what the 10.99 charge is for. It might be for a subscription you signed up for a trial period, forgot about, and now the billing has started. If it’s a subscription you can then select the Manage Subscriptions tab and cancel it.

it is probably a glitched in the system. did you tell apple about that.
