Can I exchange my iPhone 11 Pro Max cracked screen for a new one and pay the difference? I do not want a screen replacement!!

No. If you have AppleCare+ you can pay the $29 repair price (they may give you a replacement device versus actually making you wait for a repair but it won’t be a brand new retail device. Otherwise if you just want a brand new phone you’ll have to pay for it
