iTunes and apple pay

Accidentally purchased an iTunes card and was actually wanting to put in it my wallet for Apple Pay. I’m having trouble setting up Apple Pay because it does not give me the option to add a debit card. Is there anyway I can get my money back from iTunes

There is no way to transfer money from iTunes. You have to go here to see if they can help you - iTunes - Official Apple Support

for adding a card to Wallet - Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct and make sure the region is correct on your device. Make sure you are using a passcode, Go to these links and make sure you follow the instructions on each one - Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
