Is it worth getting a new phone

so my front camera just did this to me I don’t know what happened to it I did drop it but it was blurry before I dropped it when ever I take it in the shower with me I put it in a ziplock bag I have the xs can it be fixed (If so how much would it cost) or should I replace it in a couple of months if I do replace it in just going to get the Xr
