How to unlock FaceTime

I am living in India, purchased iPhone 6 in UAE. I am unable to find and use FaceTime . Please send me instructions of how to find and use FaceTime on my device.

You can't use FaceTime on a device from UAE.

It is not possible to use FaceTime on that model in India.
