how to I pay yearly for iCloud?

It would be helpful if Apple had a short message about that on their subscription pages.

No yearly payment is unhelpful for people outside the country of payment because the payment transfer costs can be larger that the subscription sometimes! Apple can be short-sighted sometimes, and I might stop my iCloud subscription and use another cloud storage provider.
