IOS 13 still won’t update on my iPhone 8

Ever since the iOS 13 update came out, and I tried to update my phone, it has been stuck on “Update requested”, and I have tried everything to make it work and nothing changes.

You must have 50% battery and a Wi-Fi connection to get upgrades.
