"I just conected to my computer by cable, and try to download my photos and videos. Trust me, something that simple, it looks like impossible mission. It disconnects all the time. I used for years apple products, but today i got very frustrated, and i will stop to this one, even i have a lot of apps bayed already and a long history with apple. "
Ok. So, you connected your iPhone X to which type of computer? MacOS or Windows computer? How exactly did you try to download your photos and videos? From your question, it seems like the cable you are using to connect your phone to your computer is damaged. To begin with, ....
Finally, are your photos and videos synced with iCloud? If so, you can just go to icloud.com (sign in with the apple id that is used with your phone) and try downloading your photos and videos from there.
Hope this helps :)

Are you making a statement or are you asking for help? If a statement, we users really don't care if you buy another iPhone or not. If you think no other cell phone can have issues, you're living in a different world. If you are asking for help, tell us what you're doing and what's not working and maybe we volunteers can help you.
This is the last phone i will ever use from apple! It's almost impossible to download my photos from this piece of crap.
Why would you go to the trouble of creating a username, sign in here, rant and then not provide any detail on your issue?
It is entirely possible you can be helped, but not against your will.
Your choice.

And from that you decided the iPhone is at fault? It could be many other issues, completely unrelated to your phone. Are you using an authentic Apple cable? Have you tried using a different cable? There could be an issue with your computer and/or the port you are using to download photos from.
It's not for me. I don't want to send my photos in space, then on a stupid server who ever knows how many hundred or thousands miles away, to be able to take it on my computer which is 10 inch far from my phone. You know what i mean? That's stupid for me! ;)

That is understandable. We've probably all been frustrated with Apple before, you're not the only one :))
But unless you provide any details and/or explain what exactly is the issue you are having, none of the community members can help you. What you choose to do now is entirely up to you.
OK.
Most of use just use the free iCloud service to sync our photos on up to ten devices.
An error on the operators part, does not constitute a defect on the manufacturers part.
I've got very frustrated. I just try to download some photos by cable and it disconnects all the time.
They make iCloud for Windows, too.
It disconnects all the time.
Bad cable. Bad port. Bad HD.
Could be a number of hardware issues.
Bad everything but not this f@%$ing phone !? I've already downloaded without any isues from another phone 3 Gb of content.
I don't use cloud, i have some photos that i want to get by cable directly in my computer. Doesn't work.
iCloud is idiot proof. That's why I suggested it.
