I keep getting messages about my iCloud storage being Full. I do not want these messages, nor do I want to buy extra space. Every time I use my "Notes" it is interrupted with this message. STOP. I DO NOT WANT TO BUY MORE STORAGE and DO NOT WANT ANY MESSAGES ABOUT IT.

You can also store your notes off iCloud to avoid this in the future, however, your notes will only be on the storage you're working with:
Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud
