Where are unsaved QuickTime recordings temp-stored on MacOS?

After a clean macOS Mojave instal on my macbook in May, I forgot to restore unsaved QuickTime recordings from my backup. Does anyone know where these files are temp-stored on MacOS? I want to try to find them via my May-Time Machine backup. Thanks!
