Emojis that should be made
I just wanted to ask Apple if they could make a sighing emoji and a smiling puppy eyes emoji. Just to convey a feeling of exhaustion and a feeling of adoration.

Apple isn't in charge of emojis. That power belongs to the Unicode Consortium.
You can put in a request for a new emoji here:
https://unicode.org/emoji/proposals.html
In the meanwhile, you'll have to convey your emotions with words.
