my aunt's apple ID has been locked for security reasons , she can't receive the verification code due to lost of password for that email, is the any other solution?

she knows apple ID and its Password

Request Direct Assistance from Apple:

Have the person who has the Apple ID (I assume your aunt?) call Apple Support directly and request assistance with her Apple Account. They’ll know what’s going on and why. Request to speak to Apple Store Staff for assistance with account recovery and password reset.


Apple Accounts often become locked due to security issues or suspicious activities such as VPN connections, simultaneous logins, unsuccessful login attempts, and more.
