First, make sure you're following the steps in Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support.
If you still need help after that, please don't heartiest to respond back. If you do, try answering the following question to provide additional information:
- What happens when you try to reinstall the apps?
- If you get any errors, what exactly do they say?
- Are these the only two apps affected?
- Can you download new apps from the App Store?
- What is the currently installed iOS version on your phone? You can find this under Settings > General > About > Version. Example: iOS 13.2.3.
