Apple original EarPods showing accessory not supported

I am using iphone xs max

little before i was hearing songs by apple original earphones

suddenly music stopped and i tried to play again but it sounds through the speakers of my phone

Then I unplug my earphone and plug again

it supported after 5 seconds and again after 10 seconds it stopped working

Now when i repeats this process is repeating

I have restarted my iphone too

But its not supporting

It is showing that accessory not supported
