How can I recover permanently deleted photos that I deleted on my iPhone 8 after I upgraded to my IPhone 11. It deleted over 600 photos and I need them back. There was very important photos in there. They are not in my recently deleted photos either.

If they are not in Recently deleted then they are probably gone unless you have them on a computer backup.
