Phone only works via Bluetooth, no speaker phone option and headphone won’t work
My phone speakers won’t work, can play music and app noice but can’t answer calls, only on blue tooth

If I understand correctly, you are unable to hear people on phone calls on your iPhone, but it will work when using a Bluetooth device and the Music app plays out of the speaker as expected. To help with this, please follow the relevant steps in these Apple resources, including making sure your iPhone is up to date, and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone
