software problem

have anybody can help me fix this

it's just like this for 20 minutes now and i don't know how to solve it

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Hi

Thats internet recovery screen, its a backup OS, hold power button on Mac for 10 seconds and restart > if you see it again you may need to reinstall macOS >https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314

Do You have a backup?

Yes the Mac cannot find the OS, if will for sure need internet recovery reinstall . Hold down CMD+OPTION/ALT +R 3 seconds after powering it on

Did you try the force restart? Hold power button down for 10 seconds

hi

No i don't have a backup file , 2 weeks ago i remove the window 10 on my macbook and i had a mistake that i remove the mac os too

so it like this now ( the image above )

I understand, good news its fixable!. You will need to reinstall macOS on the HardDrive - first connect it your wifi
