I sent my family fall photos to my mom on iCloud. She doesn't have an IPhone but I thought that because it took her to the site she could still get the photos. I deleted all of the photos on my phone October 13th and sent them to her October 13th. I did not have my phone for a while but I just got it back. I am now trying to get the photos again but it says “photos not available”. I need these photos, how can I recover them?

iCloud Photos I choose to use iCloud Photos, but now I am looking at all my family photos and now that I try to download them back to my iphone it tells me it cannot be done as it is trying to download ALL the photos in iCloud, but I only want to retrieve mine. HELP!!!
