Security breach

I was just contacted on my phone saying there had been a security iCloud breach and that my account had been hacked and someone was trying to access my account in Russia and I think Germany. They wanted me to log onto my account on a regular computer to fix the security breach. When I said I didn’t have access to a computer at this time as I was on

my phone they hung up on me. Is this a scam?

Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
