Until you explain what exactly you mean by those tutorials, we really cannot accurately answer the question. If you are referring to the classes in "today at Apple", it does not matter where you bought the device, you can just register for a class.

If you purchase from Amazon itself, yes. Not so if you purchase from an Amazon seller. On Amazon, only Amazon itself is an Apple authorized seller.
