Your lost iPhone has been found message. Not sure if this is from real apple.

I lost my iPhone a month ago and I started to get messages on my phone, but not to my email. The address seems very fishy so I wanted to make sure if this is a scam or not.

But now I’m getting a text message from “apple” that that have found my iPhone. I think the texts are scam because I have no email about this, and also the phone is still offline in find my iPhone. Text message regarding lost phone from ‘Apple security’ I received number of texts today from this email address, I have lost an iPhone 7 as it asking when I went to Tenerife last year but I wiped the phone using find my iPhone and removed it from my Apple ID yet I’ve got this message. I’m not sure if it’s a scam but I’ve replied asking who it was and blocked the contact and I’m worried incase my phone gets hacked. Anyone know if this is real?

iPhone stolen Hello, I recently had my iphone stolen and had that be shut down by apple or verizon. I then today got an imessage from an email that was apple.sign.los.id@**** that said "Dear Apple Customer, the system has detected that your lost iPhone is activated with a new SIM card inserted. Please log on to *sent me a link* immediately to check its current number and location. If you cannot obtain the URL, please reply with any content to obtain the URL, helping you to find your lost iPhone. Apple Support" I feel as though this text was fake, and then I got an email from my bank saying someone tried to get into that 5 times today. I now reset my apple ID password but I want to make sure that this is not going to be a problem and that someone has access to all my things on my old Iphone. [Edited by Moderator]

No, it is not from Apple. The message is from someone that found/stole your phone, and are looking for the login credentials.
