Incompatible updates. Why is it saying this? How do I fix?

I have a MacBook Air 13 inch 2017 and get a message of incompatible updates for keynotes, numbers, pages and iMovies. How do I fix it.

You will need to provide more information, like when are you getting these warnings?
Which updates?
I get this message when I go to update my MacBook. It’s under incompatible updates.
Those Updates require 10.14 or 10.15
What does that mean? Is there a way to fix/update? Is it bad or harmful if there are incompatible updates?
As far as I know you only get that message if the available updates require a later OSX version, & it will prevent you getting them, or at least installing them.
