Problem to do an in app purchase

Hi!


I got this message when I try to do an in app payment on myn iPad air2. I have tried to solve it but can't find what's wrong.

I have the same payment method on my iPhone 8 plus and there it function.


"It is impossible to make payments with this device. Please check device configuration and try again."


What to do? Please help me!
