Apple Watch Durability

Anyone who works in construction own and use their Apple Watch daily? I'm curious if it is even worth purchasing. I would purchase the protection wear accessories in addition but would love to hear from someone who has put it through the test.

I have the 6 but I don't feel like it has done anything much more than the 3? I have the oxygen but you only can use it if you tighten the watch so tight and push the button.
