iPad Pro with external Apple keyboard

I had bought the iPad Pro with the external keyboard . After six months of use , I get the message accessory not compatible . Have cleaned the ports properly but to no avail : can somebody guide me

The apple keyboard isn’t working with my iPad Pro? What the heck Apple? I’ve been using the apple keyboard with my pro and since the last update, I keep getting a “this accessory is not supported” error message. The hell it isn’t. I BOUGHT IT FROM APPLE! Accessory Not Supported My ipad pro keyboard (2nd gen) won't type- Accessory not supported message keeps coming. I have already downloaded the latest iOs update and I have restarted multiple times and I have cleaned the contacts. Any other ideas?
