you can't before the Egypt government approve the feature

to use ECG one has to be located in a approved country and have purchased the watch from an approved country

You can't as the ECG app hasn't been approved by the government in Egypt yet.

No the rule is that the country the watch was bought in and the country where the owner lives both have had to approve the ECG app,so it won't work in Turkey because it hasn't been approved there.
