I can not open photo in app photos for ios

I can not open photo directly after I take the picture. It always back to the home automatically. When I try open it at app photos , it can not open too. When I choose the photos or video are always back to home automatically. What’s happen with my iPad ? And how I can solved it ? I use iPad Air 3 generation with IOS 13.2.3..
