Some apps on ios 13 issues

I have two issues with my I phone 11 pro max using ios 13. The first one is that when I restored my data from the old phone the calculator app does not download. The second one is that Alsumaria TV app is not sending notifications while I did allow the app to send notifications. Is there any way to fix these issues ???

You can download the calculator App from the App Store. The Alsumaria App might be fixed by removing then re-installing the App.

I did for the calculator but it still showing up the cloud sign, I tried to re install it but it does not start. The other app I did what you said but no use I even rebooted the device and reset it but nothing happened.
