When I try to update it says my watch is up to date

I have a first generation Apple Watch and I cannot get it to update, the last update I have is 4.3.2. When I try to update, it says my watch is up to date. Any suggestions or help with this?

That's as far as it can go. there are no more updates for the first generation watch.
