Auto-color tone/white balance shift when viewing certain photos on iPhone 11 Pro.

I have both Nightshift and True Tone (or whatever it's called) set to Off, but any time I view certain photos in the Photos app, the color tone/white balance automatically shifts to some terrible, inaccurate, crappy looking tone. It's almost as if the white balance gets turned all the way cool while the tint shifts all the way toward green for this awful blue-green hue over the top of the whole screen. I have to leave the photo and go switch to a different photo to get the iPhone to kick back into normal color tone settings. Its not just the photo that's color shifted, it's the entire screen, and it persists for several seconds until you close it out and go do something else before the system corrects itself. It's INCREDIBLY annoying and very clearly a bug in the software.
