trouble logging in icloud and freeing up space
So i keep signing in to my icloud but it never shows my info or anything so i have to sign in again what do i do? And i can’t free up storage i only have four or five apps.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
