Garageband/Apple community forums requires update?

Hi, I've been really enjoying Apple community forums but I don't know if it is working correctly since I last updatde the server to with a connection. I have helped but it is impssosible. I've tried restarting myself but I noticed that whenever a person wants to help a problem, nobody is communicates? The trick here is that will we help actually with people accepting the problem not software somehow was solved? Thanks for asking! HTH Xx :)
