Poor call quality on iPhone 11

I have read a few post about poor call quality on the iPhone 11, but it seems these were mainly through Bluetooth. I am having the same issue when I make a call directly from the phone without Bluetooth or headphones. I just upgraded from an iPhone 8 on Sprint which had no issues. I have a second iPhone 8Plus, also on Sprint that works just fine. Yesterday I needed to hang up my iPhone while on a call in my kitchen and place a new call from my wireless landline. Today, I could only make out 50% of a conversation while I was driving home. In this case I was in Bluetooth in a 2013 Ford Explorer. It seems like there is an issue with my new 11 since my 8’s worked fine and nothing else has changed. Help!

If you feel there is an issue with the phone, then make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a checkup. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and it works great, in my opinion. I've never experienced any call issues with Bluetooth in my car, with my AirPods, or directly on the phone. My daughter has an iPhone 11 that works great as well. See what Apple support has to say. The device is under warranty.

I know several cases in

Portugal with Meo Operator. Vodafone appears not having the issue. It sounds

like an iPhone Pro certification problem. Apple already replaced my phone, done

several tests and say it's an operator problem and they should be the ones to

fix it. I have seen cases in several countries, operators and high-end devices

only. Apple Care didn't help and close the incident support saying the cannot

do anything else. Amazing experience with a 1350€ device. Ghostbusting since

September on this issue. Drained out by now. Worst experience ever with a

phone.

Hi All,


I have the same issue, i'm using Iphone 11 Pro Max with MEO (portugal) operator.

I'm trying to resolve this issue for almost two months and Apple just close the issue because the issue didn't happen with my other card from Vodafone, the assistance just told me if the issue only happen with MEO Operator the issue is from the operator... I have no issues with this operator with my last Iphones, 7, 8, 8Plus, X ... Vary Bad Support Service from Apple I was not expecting to be treated this way, I had no justification from engineer teams, this is managed at the assistant level.


Now I cannot return the equipment, Apple is not resolving the issue and the issue is for the operator to resolve…

my iPhone 11 echoes when people call me and I am using speaker phone. For my business, I absolutely need a reliable speaker phone capability. I’ve been given the run around for 4 months now by several senior advisors who debugged, re loaded SW, sent me to Best Buy twice for diagnostics, promised they would resolve the problem but then hand it off to someone else, and on and on and on. I’ve even written Cupertino and no answer. I am all in with Apple with several phones, watches, TV, iPads, Macs. However the Apple care team really “doesn’t care”. I am so frustrated that 1) their flagship phone has a quality issue. 2). The quality of their apple care program has deteriorated 3). That no-one is willing to do what’s obvious here: send the existing great customer a new phone so that we retain him as a great customer. Da!

i am so frustrated!!!!
