When i wear my new Apple Watch once in a while it will vibrate and when i look down it is in the customize screen. Is there any way i can stop it from doing this? My older series 2 never did this??

I am not aware of a way to do that, but I've not seen where it can be done that easily. I tend to do it occasionally when I fold my arms together I can put pressure on the screen, but there has to be something being done with more pressure than just a shirt sleeve or something like that. I'm not aware of a way to turn that off, however you can provide feedback to Apple suggesting a change by going here, Feedback - Apple Watch - Apple
Yes i know, but it seems to happen so easy. I didn’t really think much about it other than it’s annoying till my wife said hers keeps doing the same thing, twice yesterday when she was in a meeting it did it. I wish there was a way to switch that feature off.
That customize screen comes up when the watch face is force pressed for a few seconds. Seems you must be pressing down on the watch face.
