New iphone 11 network issue

Can someone tell me how to resolve the network issue for iPhone 11. The primary sim signal strength goes to 1 line when e sim is activated for another number. But when i similarly tried this problem with the other iOS device except iPhone 11 the network seems to be excellent. Can someone help me with a solution

I see you're having issues with signal strength on your primary line after enabling a second line via the eSIM.


Start by making sure the iPhone 11 is updated to the most current iOS (13.2.3 at the time of this post).


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


Next ensure that the carrier settings for your device are up to date.


Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Next test after removing any case which may be on the device.


If the issue persists after taking these steps, reach out to Apple Support for further options.
