iPhone not letting me sign out of iCloud
Trying to reset my old iPhone 8 because I'm giving this to someone else, I have reset the phone but when trying to sign out of iCloud the button has gone grey and not letting me press on it?

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
