I have iCloud backup. Can i get weChat data ?

Hi,

my phone memory got full. Suggestion from apple appears that free your space by deleting Videos & apps. I selected few videos and delete all of them. But some thing unexpected happens and my phone was blank with a white apple logo on it.

than i bought a new handset iphone 11 pro max and activate new device and recover data from iCloud backup. The last back up was of 10 november 2019.

every thing went ok. But watsapp and weChat app din’t download. These both app stop at mid and than i have to cancel the download and download it again from app store. But I cannot get any previous data for Watsapp and weChat from my cloud back up.

the data is really important.

can you help me in this matter?
