iPhone 11 - IOS 13.2.3 - The iPhone cannot be synced. Error message that "There is not enough memory available."

I am trying to sync my new iPhone 11 on iTunes.

The IOS is 13.2.3. The capacity is 238.40GB with 161.37GB free.

I'm syncing my Music (Options - Sync only checked songs and videos), (12) Podcasts, and Photos.

I get the error message "The iPhone "iPhone Name" cannot be synced. There is not enough memory available."

Where am I going wrong? My iPhone 7 was having no issues! Help.

I figured out a workaround.

Instead of syncing the 61 photos from a folder my external hard drive to iTunes. I imported the photos into an album on the Photos app (iPhoto) and synced my photos on my iPhone from there.

The problem is resolved.
