Deleted CC from wallet. Can't add replacement card.

I deleted a card just before the expiration date. Tried to add the new card and got the message could not add. Contacted bank and Apple support. Apple led me thru settings on phone. Bank says the electronic request is not in the Visa system. Bank added a new token for the replacement card. Still no communication with this bank via Visa system. I could add a different bank Visa card.

Why can't my bank see the request to add the CC in the Visa system?

Did you make sure that the region for your Apple ID and on your phone were correct and they were the same region as your bank?
