Is there a fix for iPhone 6 GPS accuracy?

Both my wife and my iPhone 6 GPS lately has not been accurate. Tried everything:

Turn on/off GPS
Turn on/off all Location Settings
Reset network settings
Factory Reset, Restore from Backup, then Uninstall Google Maps, Reset, Reinstall Google Maps

Both Google Maps and Waze thinks I'm 100 ft away from where I am, which is a huge problem when I'm using it for directions (keeps thinking I'm a block away or off the freeway). The discrepancy between where I am and where it thinks I am gets progressively worse as I drive.

The strange thing is, this has happened for both my wife's iPhone 6 and mine around the same time, so I do not think it is a unique issue to my iPhone 6.

I am on Verizon Wireless, latest updates on iOS and apps.
