If you participate in family sharing is there a way you can add a personal credit card to your Apple ID for purchases only you will use?

Only the organizer's card can be charged for purchases. You can buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.
