US customer care

I am South African and bought an iPhone X during my trip to the US in July. The charging/syncing port in non responsive and the iStore in South Africa has referred me to the US customer care. I need a support email address or chat line to communicate my problem with apple.

I want to get support in Thailand, is warranty cover ? I purchased iphone pro max in Singapore, and still under warranty, no screen got dead pixel about 10 pixels about "---" show on screen. and as check with Thailand apple support they told me my model A2218 isn't in the Thailand support lists, why not ? as apple 1y will be worldwide should get support any where in the world, it is ? would you help to accommodate my issue ? The iPhone 12 pro bought in Macau, China has Apple care+ and cannot be repaired in the United States I bought an iPhone 12pro max two years ago while traveling in Macau, China, and then bought Apple care+. The service is still valid until now. Last week, my phone fell off the balcony on the second floor, and the front and rear screens were broken. And it was broken badly, I went to the Apple Store at the Spectrum Center in Irvine, California twice and told me that since my phone was bought from a different country, there is no repair part in California, so I can't repair it, and I can't get a fast replacement service? what should I do? Is it true that Apple mobile phones do not support global repairs, and AppleCare+ services cannot be serviced globally? Thank you very much for letting me know

You will have to ship the phone to someone in the US and have them bring it to an Apple store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. The warranty on iPhones is only valid in the country where the phone was purchased. And Apple will not accept international shipments for repairs.
