On your iPad or iPod touch, go to Settings > FaceTime, then turn "Off" Calls from iPhone.

Make and receive calls on your Mac, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support explains continuity.

Hello,

On your iPhone open Settings > Phone > Toggle Calls on Other Devices off.
