Apple Watch, Bluetooth, and hearing aids.

My hearing aids are connected to my iPhone by bluetooth. The hearing aids can connect to no more than two items. The iPhone is connected to the watch. But there is no communication between the watch and the hearing aids. I cannot connect the remote control for the hearing aids to the phone. Is the watch connected to the hearing aids because both are connected to the phone? Is the watch using one of my two "slots" even tho' there is no communication between the watch and the hearing aids?

iWatch Bluetooth connectivity to Signia hearing aids I have a modern pair of Signia hearing aids that efficiently connect via Bluetooth to my telephone. I now have a brand new Apple watch that efficiently connects via Bluetooth to my telephone. This causes me the inability to hear an answered telephone call since the linkage to the hearing aids from the watch does not work. Apple Watch, iPhone, Sony Bluetooth earbuds My wife has an iPhone, Apple Watch SE, and Sony Bluetooth noise cancelling earbuds. She has not set up the cell connection on the watch. Instead she has been using it through the connection to the iPhone. 1) is the watch capable of a direct WiFi connection to the iPhone? (Away from any known or usable WiFi access) 2) if not, then it must rely on Bluetooth? 3) if it is already connected to the iPhone via Bluetooth, then how can the watch also make a Bluetooth connection to the earbuds? Doesn’t seem possible. Thanks, -Bob
